Transfer Funds to and from External Accounts

If the External Transfer feature is available, you can use it to transfer funds between accounts held at our institution and accounts held at other institutions. Within the External Transfer feature you can manage external transfer accounts, initiate external transfers, and track previous external transfer activity.

To open the External Transfer feature:

• From anywhere in the online banking service, in the primary navigation area, click Transfer. The Transfer page appears.
• In the External transfer section, click Launch external transfer. The External transfer page appears.
• Follow the prompts to initiate external transfers.

Notes:

• Depending on the information already stored in your user profile, you may need to enroll in the External Transfer feature. If you need to enroll, an enrollment page appears the first time that you open the External Transfer feature. Type your Phone number and Date of birth, and then click Enroll. The system processes your enrollment, and the External transfer page appears.
• The External transfer section may have another name. If this is the case, the associated button will be named Launch [section name].
